Waterjet Cutting: Waterjet cutting is a practical alternative to conventional cutting. Waterjet cutting is a cold cutting process with no thermal distortion, heat-affected zone or mechanical stresses. Connecticut Metal and Tool offers waterjet services from small custom projects to large production runs on most all materials including metals and natural materials.
Centerless Grinding: Centerless grinding services offer a precision diameter and superior finish on round bars of all alloy metals. Connecticut Metal and Tool provides centerless grinding services up to 3" diameter, eliminating machining time for our customers.
